Where pixels shimmer, slime creatures glow, and a snail dreams of stone —
Join us for playful, interactive tours through the exhibition and hands-on creative workshops!

Costs:
5 CHF (with Familienpass / Familienpassplus and Kulturlegi 0 CHF).

What would your reflection look like if it stepped into a pixelated world?
How would an AI function if powered by slime mold intelligence?
What happens next in the story of the snail that wants to turn to stone?

The artistic worlds of Lukas Truniger, Isabel Bullerschen, and Rhona Mühlebach guide us through pixelated mirrors, a world of slime, and a quirky snail tale. Together, we look closely, listen carefully, and get creative ourselves.

Workshop: Build Snails & Make Voices Heard

We’ll begin by making our own snails from found objects and recycled materials. Shells, scraps, small treasures — each snail will have its own character. Once they’re ready, we’ll move to a sound station and explore what they might sound like. We can use our voices, try out funny noise experiments or play a selection of unusual instruments. Some snails might whisper, others hum, rattle or invent a language of their own. We’ll record a short sound for each one. With the help of an augmented reality app, the snails can then “speak”: when activated, they play back their recording in the space.

This is a walk-in, walk-out workshop. No registration needed.
Recommended for ages 7 and up. Younger siblings are welcome.
Duration: about 1 hour.
Adults accompany children and are welcome to join in the making.
