HEK’s education and outreach program promotes a self-determined participation in art, media and related technologies. It explores artistic and pop-cultural practices employed in the field, such as DIY, hacking, appropriation, sampling and customization (adapting creations to individual needs and ideas).
Our events and workshops are tailored to children, adolescents and adults, individuals and groups, amateurs and professionals. They follow a commitment to provide a lively source for life-long learning to people of all ages, enabling an open and critical encounter with media art to increase their knowledge and skills in the digital field through discussions and practical hands-on experience.
You can find all our public events, workshops and guided tours online in our program. Just click and join in!
